Cincinnati, Ohio – January 5, 2026 – National Agency Partners announced today the formation of a strategic joint venture with a Pacific Northwest–based wealth management and asset management firm focused on the acquisition and development of high-quality independent insurance firms across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and the broader Midwest.

The joint venture will pursue partnerships with established independent insurance agencies seeking long-term growth, operational support, and succession solutions while maintaining local leadership and client relationships. The platform will be led by insurance executive Brian L. Young, who will serve as Managing Partner.
